The property owner may not accept payment of rent during the eviction process. You may continue living at and maintaining legal possession of your residence throughout the process of the eviction case.

You may use the time that we delay the eviction to save and set aside the money that you would otherwise pay for rent, and apply that money towards your costs involved with relocating, or use that money to negotiate an Agreement with the Property Owner.

Our objective is to provide a transparent services that allows you sufficient time to either resolve the issues with the Property Owner and preserve your tenancy, or relocate in a more reasonable period of time. Every eviction has its own unique circumstances.  These circumstances determine how long we may be able to prolong your eviction case or whether or not you may have the ability to raise a defense to defeat the eviction case.  In typical circumstances we can delay an eviction for approximately 2 months or longer and protect your credit reports from reflecting a judgment for eviction.

We maintain modest business expenses, and we pass our savings on to you. Payment plans are available on an individual basis. We charge per item of document that we prepare and file for you. All court filings are signed by you before filing and then returned to you with the court’s electronic filing stamp and email confirmation receipt of your filing.

The variables surrounding your case will determine the total costs of our service. However, in many cases you may expect that we will charge a $300 to $500 fee to begin, and then an additional $250 or more fee one to three weeks later. In exchange for payment of these fees we will prepare and file the necessary paperwork with the courts to delay your eviction proceedings for two months or more, and protect your credit report from reflecting a judgment for eviction.

There are however, many eviction cases where we find issues with the property owner’s compliance with following the rules of the eviction procedure. The property owners mistakes can often be leveraged to your benefit to further delay eviction proceedings for a considerably longer period than 2 months. In these cases there is additional paperwork that may be filed and we will ask for additional charges for preparing those documents. But these charges will be reasonable and we will forewarn you well ahead of the time that we would ask that you pay them.
